Dear Me:

Today, I want to remind you that you are an AWESOME person. It is easy to  forget it sometimes with all the things you are juggling at once. However, it is necessary to take a moment and say good job me! 

Sure, not everything may turn out the way you want it, but don’t worry that’s life… keep doing what you are doing because only you truly know where you’ve been, where you are and where you want to be. Regardless of all your  goals and plans, YOU today is enough! That doesn’t mean you’ll stop trying; it is just a reminder that you are worth it everyday of your life. I know you know, but it doesn’t hurt to point it out.

Remember, as cliche as it may sound, there is no one out there in the world exactly like you. All your attributes and flaws are unique and make you special so continue to be yourself and never seek approval from others. As you’ve noticed, people will always come and go, but those who love you and value you will always be right here by your side. Love them, cherish them and tell them who much they mean to you as often as possible.

It may not seem like a big deal to you, but you’ve done so much. It’s okay to celebrate your accomplishments and learn from your mistakes. Mija…you got this!
